John’s passion for providing quality financial advice was ignited in 1984 where he commenced in the financial services industry. Over his years of working in financial services, John held many varied roles. Commencing as a bank teller and, through promotion and transfers, becoming a Commercial and Agribusiness Area lending manager before a career change into financial planning in 1999. Whilst in these roles, John gained valuable experience advising many clients on a wide variety of finance and financial planning issues.
Since then John has successfully undertaken and completed a Diploma of Financial Advising with the Securities Institute, a Diploma & an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) with Kaplan & has successfully obtained his Certified Financial Planner qualification with the Financial Planners Association of Australia. John is currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning with Kaplan. He has expanded his knowledge by completing additional specialist training in the areas of Gearing and Direct Shares.
As an Authorised Representative of CHPW Financial, John works in the best interests of his clients and believes in helping them build the complete program they need to increase their earning potential during their working years, as well as helping them with their retirement planning, superannuation, risk insurance and estate planning needs.
He achieves this by providing quality advice, personalised service and practical ideas to deliver superior solutions that his clients can easily understand.
